About Trevor Clark

Trevor is a Manual Osteopath Practitioner with a lifelong passion for sports that began in
childhood. He completed his first triathlon at the age of 9, eventually qualifying for the Ironman World Championships in Lake Placid in 2020, and holds a marathon personal best of 2:52. In addition to his achievements in sports, he is a certified ISSA run coach, dedicated to guiding and inspiring runners.

Trevor’s treatment philosophy, which he describes as “Localized Holistic” focuses on identifying the root cause of pain and working systematically from the source outward to restore balance throughout the body. He utilizes a range of techniques, including joint mobilization, cupping therapy, muscle energy techniques, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF), active release therapy (ART), and Red Light Therapy.

Trevor is committed to helping you achieve the healthiest, pain-free body possible and looks
forward to the opportunity to work with you.
